A Family Favorite Turned Into Something New
Luke’s Baking Company began in 2025 with a bread that had already been a favorite in my family for years.
When my grandpa’s favorite family bread business was preparing to retire, we reached out to them about the bread our family had enjoyed for so long. They generously shared their recipe with me and took the time to teach me how to make it myself.
What started as learning one special recipe quickly became something more.
Making It My Own
After learning the original bread recipe, I spent the next few months working with the dough, experimenting with it, and developing new recipes of my own.
That process eventually grew beyond the original loaf into the variety Luke’s Baking Company offers today—including cinnamon rolls, cinnamon bread, donuts, and dinner rolls.
While it all started with a family favorite, Luke’s Baking Company has grown into something of my own, built around a love for simple, freshly baked food and the idea that some of the best things are meant to be shared.

Today, I run Luke’s Baking Company as a home-based limited-food establishment serving the Windsor, Red Lion, and surrounding York County area.
Along with larger orders for gatherings and special occasions, Luke’s Baking Company provides baked goods to select local businesses through wholesale partnerships.
There isn't a walk-in storefront—just a small local baking business focused on making good food and sharing it with the community that helped it grow.
